LiveFootballTickets.com Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the LiveFootballTickets.com Affiliate Program operated by Live Tix Group SL (“we,” “us,” “our”). By joining via the Awin network, you (“affiliate,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by the following:

1. Enrollment

• Applications are submitted via the Awin platform.
  
   
• We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion..
  
   
• Sites will be rejected if they promote illegal, offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content, or if they misuse our brand names (including domains or misspellings).
  
   

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You may only promote LiveFootballTickets.com using approved creatives and links provided through Awin.
  
   
• You may not design websites or advertising materials that mislead users into believing they are operated by LiveFootballTickets.com, LiveRugbyTickets, or LiveTicketGroup.
  
   
• You are responsible for your own site, content, and compliance with applicable laws (including copyright and data protection).
  
   
• You must not engage in misleading promotions, spamming, fake discount codes, or any activities that may damage our brand.
  
   

3. Promotion Restrictions

• PPC bidding on our brand terms, domains, or misspellings (e.g., “LiveFootballTickets,” “LiveFootballTickets.com,” “LiveRugbyTickets,” “Fanatix”, “Fanatix.com”) is strictly prohibited.
  
   
• You may not cloak, mask, or hide referral links.
  
   
• Unsolicited commercial email (spam) is prohibited.
  
   
• Affiliates must always clearly identify themselves as independent from LiveFootballTickets.com.
  
   

4. Commissions & Payments

• Tracking and commission payments are handled exclusively via Awin.
  
   
• Payment terms and schedules follow Awin’s standard procedures.
  
   
• Commissions will only be approved once the relevant event has taken place.
  
   
• Any fraudulent, invalid, or cancelled transactions will not be paid.
  
   

5. Intellectual Property

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our approved logos, banners, and creative assets solely for the purpose of promoting LiveFootballTickets.com via Awin.
  
   
• All goodwill arising from use of our trademarks belongs exclusively to Live Tix Group SL.
  
   

6. Term & Termination

• Either party may terminate participation at any time via Awin.
  
   
• We may immediately suspend or terminate your participation if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse our brand.
  
   
• Pending unpaid commissions may be withheld in cases of breach or fraudulent activity.
  
   

7. Liability & Indemnification

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or goodwill.
  
   
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you under this Agreement.
  
   
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
  
   

8. Confidentiality

• Any non-public business, financial, or technical information shared must be treated as confidential and not disclosed without prior written consent.
  
   

9. Miscellaneous

• You act as an independent contractor; no partnership, agency, or employment relationship is created.
  
   
• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full effect.
  
   
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time via Awin. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
