Program Terms

Pantheon PPC Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read Pantheon affiliate terms and conditions for PPC marketing before you join our Program or begin marketing our Program. These terms are written in plain language to ensure they are clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Adherence to these terms ensures the Pantheon Affiliate Program is sustainable and profitable for both Pantheon and our affiliates.


Definitions

As used in these Terms:

We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Pantheon;

You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate;

Our website” refers to Pantheon’s official website, www.pantheonjewelry.com;

Your website” refers to any websites you will link to our website;

Program” refers to the Pantheon Affiliate Program.

 

PPC Guidelines

If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

You may not:

Bid on any of our trademarked terms, including variations, misspellings, or combinations with categories, countries, or languages for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other network.

Bid on prohibited keywords in any countries.

Use any of our trademarked terms or misspellings as part of your domain name (e.g., www.pantheon-coupons.com).

You may:

Bid on trademark terms in combination with the following keywords: “Pantheon coupon(s)”, “Pantheon code(s)”, “Pantheon promo code(s)”, “Pantheon promotion code(s)”, “Pantheon coupon code(s)”, “Pantheon voucher code”, “Pantheon voucher”.

The landing page must be a specific coupon page; linking directly to the homepage or other pages is not permitted.

Use phrase matching or broad match modifiers for permissible keywords (e.g., “Pantheon coupon” or +Pantheon+coupon).

Create a negative keyword list including “Pantheon” in exact match; this must be applied to all campaigns and repeated every time a new campaign is created.

We reserve the final interpretation and authority over these PPC terms and conditions.

Advertising & Publicity

Email marketing is allowed. All partners must be CAN-SPAM compliant and must contact us prior to running campaigns to ensure suppression lists are in place.

Any partner who fails to contact us prior to email campaigns will be considered in violation of these terms.

 

Corresponding Measures

If we identify any prohibited actions outlined above, we will notify you by email.

You must cease the prohibited activity immediately and inform us when the action has been corrected.
