Richwife Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Our program is open to content-based publishers, bloggers, and creators.
- We do not allow pay-per-click (PPC), coupon/deal sites, or any activity that could mislead customers about our brand.
2. Commissions
- Affiliates earn 20% commission on all qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are paid on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
3. Cookie Window
- Our program uses a 30-day cookie window.
- If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale will be credited to you.
4. Payments
- Commission payments are issued 15 days after transactions are approved.
5. Prohibited Activities
- No bidding on our brand name or variations in search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- No use of misleading, false, or unauthorized content about our brand.
- No cookie stuffing, spamming, or incentivized clicks.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time if these terms are violated or if activity is deemed harmful to our brand.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
