Love the Label Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Love the Label Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) outline the guidelines and expectations for publishers participating in our affiliate program. By applying to or joining the Love the Label program, you agree to comply fully with the terms stated below.
1. Publisher Benefits
Once approved, publishers will receive the following benefits: access to a variety of creatives and banners optimized for performance; ongoing access to product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
2. Commission Structure and Rates
Our commission structure is as follows:
Default Commission Rate: Based on Affiliate
By Product Type: Premium or full-priced collections may carry variable commission rates
By Publisher Type: Content partners and influencers may be eligible for higher commission brackets
By Basket Value: Bonus commission tiers may apply for high-value transactions
Assisted Conversions: Commission will be shared if multiple publishers contribute to the conversion path
3. Validation Process
Return Window: Orders are subject to a 30-day validation period post-purchase to account for returns and cancellations
Commission will only be paid on completed and non-returned sales
Any fraudulent activity or order manipulation will result in disqualification of commission
4. Breach of Terms
If a publisher breaches these T&Cs or any relevant program policy, Love the Label reserves the right to take any of the following actions: immediate reversal of commissions; temporary or permanent suspension from the program; legal action in cases of fraud or misrepresentation.
5. Voucher Code Policy
Only authorized promotional and voucher codes shared via the My Offers section or through the Communication Centre may be used. Use of unauthorized codes or coupon scraping is strictly prohibited and may result in commission forfeiture or program removal.
6. Cookie Period
The standard cookie period is 30 days. The most recent valid click within the cookie window will be awarded the commission unless otherwise specified.
7. Restrictions: No PPC bidding on Love the Label brand terms or direct linking
