Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the WalkingPad UK Affiliate Programme! We are excited to partner with you. To ensure a successful and mutually beneficial partnership, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. By joining our programme, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Bidding Policy

We run our own PPC campaigns, so we ask our affiliates to adhere to the following rules to avoid any conflict. 

Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on our brand name "WalkingPad", including its common variations and misspellings (e.g., "Walking Pad"). This restriction also applies to any brand + term keywords, such as "WalkingPad discount," "WalkingPad reviews," or “walking pad voucher code.”

Direct Linking: Direct linking to uk.walkingpad.com from any PPC ad is strictly prohibited. All traffic must first land on the affiliate's own website.

Use of Brand Name: Affiliates are not permitted to use the WalkingPad brand name in the display URL, ad titles, or ad copy of their PPC ads. This is to prevent confusion and brand impersonation.

Violation of these PPC rules will result in the immediate cancellation of any commissions and potential removal from the programme.

 

2. Voucher Code & Discount Policy

We value our relationship with voucher code partners, but we maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness for all publishers and customers.

Approved Codes Only: Affiliates may only promote discount codes that have been explicitly issued to them through the Awin platform for affiliate use.

Expired & Unauthorised Codes: Promoting expired offers or codes found outside of the Awin network is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found to be doing so may have their commissions declined.

Misleading Promotion: Affiliates must not use misleading text to promote codes (e.g., "Click here for all WalkingPad discounts"). Promotion must be for the specific, authorised code only.

 

3. Content & Social Media Policy

We encourage creative and honest promotion of our products.

Transparency: All affiliate content, including social media posts and blog reviews, must comply with the relevant advertising standards, including a clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship (e.g., using #ad or stating that the link is an affiliate link).

Brand Representation: We ask that you represent our brand in a professional and positive manner. We reserve the right to request the removal of any content that we deem inappropriate or that brings our brand into disrepute.

 

4. Commission & Validation

Commission: Commission is paid on the final, confirmed sale value (excluding VAT and delivery charges).

Validation Period: Sales are validated within a 45-day period to account for our 30-day return policy.

Declined Sales: Commissions will be declined on any orders that are cancelled, returned, or found to be fraudulent.
