Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the THE COTTON & SILK Affiliate Program (“Program”) through the Adwin Affiliate Network. By signing up for and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms:
1. Enrollment
Affiliates must apply through the Adwin platform and be approved before participating.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote THE COTTON & SILK products in a professional, ethical manner.
Do not engage in misleading advertising, spam, cookie stuffing, or prohibited traffic sources.
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords (“THE COTTON & SILK,” “Cotton & Silk,” or variations) in paid search campaigns without prior written approval.
Affiliates may not impersonate the brand or misrepresent themselves as THE COTTON & SILK.
3. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates earn a commission as outlined in the Adwin program details.
Commissions are only valid on qualifying purchases made through tracked affiliate links.
Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions will result in commission reversal.
Payments will be processed via Adwin’s system in accordance with their payout schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
THE COTTON & SILK grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing assets provided via Adwin.
Affiliates may not alter, misrepresent, or create derivative works of brand materials without prior written consent.
5. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting THE COTTON & SILK products.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE COTTON & SILK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Our total liability will not exceed the total commission earned by the Affiliate.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified via Adwin of any material changes.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
