Grownsy Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the Grownsy Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By joining the Programme, you (“Affiliate”, “you” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Grownsy and our official website grownsy.com.
1. Programme Overview
Commission Rate: 12% of all valid sales generated through your Awin affiliate link and/or code.
Cookie Duration: 30 days. Sales made after this period will not be attributed for commission.
Attribution: Last click attribution applies.
Network Platform: Awin.
2. Affiliate Eligibility & Obligations
2.1 Enrollment
All applications must be submitted via the Awin platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.
2.2 Website & Channel Restrictions
Your website(s) or promotional channels may not:
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
Promote nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Contain malware, bots, cloaking, cookie stuffing, or any fraudulent techniques.
Use toolbars, plug-ins, browser extensions, or redirects to mislead users or divert commissions.
2.3 Linking to Our Website
Affiliates may only use links, creatives, and materials provided in the Awin interface.
Affiliates may not alter tracking links, mislead users, or replicate/mirror our website.
Any self-made content (text, images, videos) must be submitted for brand approval before publication.

3.1 PPC Advertising
Affiliates may not bid on “Grownsy” or related trademark terms (including misspellings or variations).
Trademark terms may not be used in ad copy, titles, display names, or URLs.
Direct linking from paid ads to grownsy.com is prohibited.
Violations must be corrected within 24 hours of notice; otherwise, commissions may be reversed and accounts terminated.
3.2 Coupons, Cashback & Incentives
Only official Grownsy-issued promo codes may be used.
Unauthorised coupon, voucher, cashback, or incentive promotion is prohibited.
Misleading coupon/deal pages (e.g., listing expired or fake codes) are not allowed.
3.3 Email & Database Marketing
Campaigns must comply with GDPR/CCPA and use only opt-in contacts.
Purchased, rented, or incentivised data lists are not permitted.
3.4 Paid Media & Display
Affiliates must obtain approval for paid ads, display placements, and targeting strategies before launch.
4. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Grownsy materials solely for the Programme.
Logos, trademarks, and creatives must not be altered without prior approval.
All rights remain the property of Grownsy and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are tracked and validated through Awin.
Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not generate commissions.
Pending commissions may be reversed if found in breach of these terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account for:
Breach of these terms.
Fraudulent activity or misuse of tracking.
Harmful practices that may damage Grownsy’s reputation.
In cases of serious violation (e.g., PPC trademark bidding, coupon abuse), commissions during the breach period will be voided, and the account may be permanently removed from the Programme.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Grownsy Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
