Anthologist ShareASale Affiliates Program Policies
Trademark Regulations
Affiliates are prohibited from using the Anthologist name, logo, or any other trademarks without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to:
- Domain names
- Social media handles
- Ad copy
- Any promotional materials
Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Anthologist. Unauthorized use of trademarks will result in immediate termination from the program.
Email Marketing Policy
Affiliates must adhere to the following email marketing guidelines:
- Obtain explicit consent from recipients before sending marketing emails.
- Include a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism in every email.
- Do not use misleading or deceptive subject lines.
- Clearly identify the email as an advertisement.
- Use the affiliate’s own name and email address in the "From" and "Reply-To" fields.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in immediate suspension from the program.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials. This includes:
- Clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship with Anthologist.
- Ensuring that any claims made about products are truthful and substantiated.
- Including a clear and conspicuous disclosure statement on any webpage, social media post, or email that promotes Anthologist products.
Example disclosure: "As an Anthologist affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases."
Grounds for Termination
Anthologist reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms in this policy document.
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Misleading or deceiving customers.
- Use of prohibited promotional methods, including spam or unsolicited communications.
- Poor performance or inactivity over a prolonged period.
Termination is at the sole discretion of Anthologist and will be effective immediately upon notice.
Social Media Policy
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Anthologist products on social media, provided they adhere to the following guidelines:
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in every post (e.g., using hashtags like #ad or #affiliate).
- Do not post misleading or false information about Anthologist products.
- Respect the terms and conditions of the social media platform.
- Do not engage in spamming or aggressive promotional tactics.
PPC Policy
We do not permit the use of the terms Anthologist or anthologist.com in paid search campaigns (PPC) unless authorized. Please ensure these terms are added as negative exact match keywords in your paid search accounts.
Coupons and Deals Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting unauthorized coupons, discounts, or deals. Any such activity will result in immediate termination from the program. Affiliates should only use promotional codes or deals provided directly by Anthologist.
By participating in the Anthologist Affiliates Program, affiliates agree to adhere to all policies outlined above. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including termination from the program.
