Terms and Conditions

Customer Age

For insurance reasons, all customers must be over the age of 18

Customer Location

For logistics reasons, deliveries can only be made within the M25, so any order howsoever made that require delivery outside the delivery area will be cancelled. (NB Customers can collect from defined collection points to complete a booking without delivery)

Validations

Commission is paid out on approved sales only and are validated on a monthly basis. An approved sale will meet the following criteria:

  • A sale is approved once payment has been successfully processed by WhyBuy UK, the customer has not cancelled the order, and the product has been delivered or collected without any dispute within 7 days of the rental period ending.
  • The sale has tracked on a last click wins basis through the affiliate window system to the individual affiliate ID.
  • The affiliate has adhered to all affiliate window and WhyBuy UK programme terms and conditions.

PPC Policy

WhyBuy UK does not allow any affiliates to bid on brand terms, nor are affiliates allowed to use these within a display URL in any PPC advertising. This also includes misspellings of the brand.  Affiliates may not use WhyBuy’s brand name, variations, or related trademarks in any PPC ad copy. Direct linking to WhyBuy’s site is prohibited. Any ads that resemble WhyBuy’s own PPC efforts may be deemed in violation.

Declined Sales

Bookings that do not qualify for affiliate commission:

  • Any product booking that is not correctly tracked or reported due to the links from your site not being properly formatted.
  • Any product booked after termination of this operating agreement.
  • Any product booking that is cancelled or returned.
  • Any products purchased by a customer who is referred to WhyBuy's site through any of the prohibited methods listed on this agreement including but not limited to: Prohibited paid search placement.

Untracked Sales

Affiliates must raise any queries over untracked transactions within 45 days of the booking being placed. Any queries after this period will not be paid. Any queries must include relevant tracking information or proof of referral. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

Please note - upon closure this merchant operates a 7 day notice period. In the event of programme closure, WhyBuy UK will provide affiliates with 7 days’ notice. Approved commissions on sales made during this period will be honoured, provided they meet the usual validation criteria. Affiliates must keep contact details up to date to receive updates about programme changes.
