1. Programme Overview
The Atelier De Glow Affiliate Programme allows approved publishers (“Affiliates”) to earn commission for promoting Atelier De Glow products via unique tracking links provided through Awin. Affiliates will earn a commission for qualifying purchases generated via their tracked links in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active Awin account in good standing.
Websites, blogs, and social channels must not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Affiliates promoting competing counterfeit or non-genuine Korean skincare products will be declined.
Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as Atelier De Glow or use unauthorised branding.
3. Commission Structure
Standard Commission: up to 10% per qualifying sale.
Special Campaign Rates: May apply for seasonal promotions or selected products.
Exclusions: No commission is paid on returns, cancelled orders, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Tracking & Attribution
Tracking and reporting will be provided by Awin.
Standard cookie duration: 30 days
The last valid referral within the cookie period will be credited with the commission.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Awin according to their standard payment schedule and methods.
Minimum payout thresholds apply as per Awin’s policy.
Atelier De Glow is not responsible for payment delays caused by incomplete affiliate account information on Awin.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must use approved banners, images, and product descriptions provided via Awin.
No unauthorised paid search bidding on brand terms (“Atelier De Glow” or close variants).
No direct linking to our website via PPC campaigns without prior written consent.
No promotion on websites or channels containing explicit, offensive, or discriminatory content.
Discount codes must be issued by Atelier De Glow or listed in Awin’s system—unauthorised codes will result in commission forfeiture.
7. Content & Brand Use
Affiliates may use approved product imagery and descriptions from our media kit or Awin profile.
Any content created must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
Affiliates may not alter Atelier De Glow’s logos, product images, or brand materials without permission.
8. Fraudulent or Prohibited Activity
The following will result in immediate termination and commission forfeiture:
Use of spam, fake traffic, bots, or click fraud.
Misrepresentation of product pricing or features.
Cookie stuffing or any practice that artificially inflates referral counts.
9. Termination
Atelier De Glow reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or for activity deemed damaging to the brand.
Affiliates may terminate their participation by removing all promotional materials and links.
10. Changes to Programme
Atelier De Glow may update commission rates, promotional assets, and terms with reasonable notice via Awin.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
