Affiliate Marketing Terms (Summary)
No marketing without written consent – Joining the programme does not mean you can start promoting. You must get written approval for each campaign, detailing all methods, channels, assets, audiences, and compliance measures.
Strict enforcement – Any breach means all commissions (pending, approved, or paid) will be cancelled and repaid to the brand. No disputes or appeals are allowed.
Full liability – You are fully responsible for your own actions and for any third parties you work with, including all costs, losses, or damages they cause.
Prohibited practices – No bots, AI fraud, cookie stuffing, fake sales, unauthorised PPC, vouchers, coupons, cashback incentives, or misleading content.
Mandatory asset approval – All ads, images, videos, targeting, and copy must be approved in writing before use.
GDPR compliance – Especially for email marketing. You are solely responsible for any fines or penalties.
Samples & gifts – Must result in favourable promo within 14 days or you will be charged the RRP.
Case-by-case consent – Approval for one campaign does not apply to others. No implied permission.
