Thank you for your interest in joining the unplain affiliate program. To ensure brand integrity and mutual success, please review and adhere to the following terms and guidelines. Participation in our program implies agreement with these terms.

1. Brand Standards & Content Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to represent unplain with accuracy, respect, and alignment to our brand values.
Please adhere to the following:

No misleading, explicit, or offensive content.

No medical claims or promises of results outside what is substantiated by unplain’s official materials.

Avoid comparing unplain to competitor brands in a negative or misleading way.

Content must focus on product benefits, ingredients, and lifestyle value in line with unplain’s brand voice.

Only high-quality images and approved product assets may be used. Please avoid heavily filtered or altered product imagery.

Affiliates may not position themselves as representatives or employees of unplain.

2. Application & Approval Process

Upon submission, our team will review your website, publication, or social accounts to ensure brand alignment.
You will be notified of your application status within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).

unplain reserves the right to reject or revoke affiliate participation at any time, for any reason, including non-compliance or brand misrepresentation.
Please include all relevant URLs, social handles, and publisher information in your profile for approval.

3. Paid Search (PPC) & Trademark Usage

To protect our brand and prevent unfair competition:

Bidding on “unplain” or any variations, misspellings, or related brand terms in search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Do not bid on keywords that include our trademarks, product names, or domain (unplain.com).

Do not bid against unplain’s own paid search activity.

Affiliates may not use toolbars, browser extensions, or automatic redirects for promotional purposes.

Violations will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

4. Linking & Technical Requirements

To maintain compliance and accurate tracking:

Only use linking codes and creatives provided through our approved affiliate network (Awin).

Do not manipulate tracking links or cookies.

No cookie stuffing or hidden redirects are allowed.

Do not register, purchase, or use any domain names or subdomains that could be confused with unplain or imply brand ownership (e.g., unplainshop.com, unplainskincare.net).

Do not clone, frame, or impersonate unplain’s official website.

All domains where links are used must be listed in your affiliate account profile.

5. Social Media & Influencer Conduct

When posting about unplain on social media:

Clearly identify yourself as an affiliate partner (e.g., using #ad, #affiliate, or #gifted where applicable) in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines.

Do not create social media accounts or usernames containing “unplain.”

Avoid misleading representations of the brand or unauthorized giveaways.

Do not use paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that mimic or compete with unplain’s official advertising.

6. Promo Code Policy

To ensure accurate tracking and prevent misuse:

Only promote promo codes distributed directly by unplain or authorized partners.

Orders placed using unauthorized or leaked codes will not be eligible for commission.

Do not promote coupon codes obtained from non-affiliate sources, third-party coupon sites, or expired campaigns.

If you are unsure whether a code is valid for affiliate use, please contact us prior to promotion.

7. Commission & Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid for completed, verified sales generated through your affiliate links.

Canceled orders, returns, chargebacks, or violations of program terms will void commission eligibility.

Commissions are not paid on wholesale orders, internal employee purchases, or discounted press/sample orders.

unplain reserves the right to adjust commission rates or terminate the program at any time with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, copy, and creative assets remain the exclusive property of unplain.
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting unplain through the affiliate program.
Unauthorized modification or resale of unplain’s assets or products is strictly prohibited.

9. Legal Compliance & Indemnification

Affiliates must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including privacy, advertising, and disclosure regulations.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless unplain from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from breach of these terms or misuse of program materials.

10. Program Termination

unplain reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, without prior notice, for non-compliance, brand misrepresentation, or unethical practices.
Termination will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the program.
