Maddie Grace Jewelry – Affiliate Program Terms1. General
By joining the Maddie Grace Jewelry affiliate program on Awin, publishers agree to comply with the following program terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with at least 7 days’ notice to publishers.
2. Commission Structure
Content & Influencer Partners: 5-10% standard commission
Loyalty / Cashback Partners: 5% commission
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Validation Period: 30 days (auto-approval enabled)
Commission Exclusions: No commission on shipping, sales tax, gift wrapping, gift cards, resizing services, or non-product service charges.
3. Transactions
Commissions will only be paid on validated transactions. The following will not qualify for commission:
Orders that are canceled or refunded
Items returned by the customer
Fraudulent or duplicate orders
Transactions in breach of program terms
Non-commissionable items (e.g., gift cards, services)
4. Branding Guidelines
The brand name must always be used as “Maddie Grace Jewelry.”
No misspellings, abbreviations, or unauthorized variations.
Affiliates may only use official logos, banners, and creative assets provided by Maddie Grace Jewelry.
No unauthorized or misleading promotions, including fabricated discount codes or unapproved messaging.
Content must reflect our luxury, bespoke positioning — not “cheap” or “discount” branding.
5. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Bidding on the Maddie Grace Jewelry brand name, trademarks, or misspellings is strictly prohibited.
No use of our brand name in ad copy, titles, descriptions, or display URLs.
Direct linking to the Maddie Grace Jewelry website from search engine ads is not permitted.
Generic, non-branded keywords (e.g., “engagement rings,” “diamond jewelry”) are permitted, but ads must lead to the publisher’s own site/content before linking to Maddie Grace Jewelry.
Publishers must add our brand name and variations as negative keywords.
Only pre-approved publishers may engage in paid search campaigns relating to Maddie Grace Jewelry.
6. Publisher Restrictions
We welcome content creators, influencers, bridal/wedding blogs, and lifestyle publishers.
Coupon and loyalty sites are allowed but must only use codes and promotions supplied directly by Maddie Grace Jewelry.
Adult, gambling, political, alcohol, or age-restricted content may not be associated with our brand.
Publishers that misrepresent Maddie Grace Jewelry or damage our luxury positioning will be removed from the program.
7. De-Duplication Policy
To ensure fair attribution and avoid double-paying, sales will be de-duplicated against:
Our own brand PPC campaigns
Maddie Grace Jewelry email campaigns
Display/retargeting campaigns
Direct partnerships or influencer collaborations outside of Awin
Other affiliate networks or in-house programs
Affiliates will always be credited for genuine new sales they drive.
8. Notice Periods
Changes to commission rates or terms will be provided with 7 days’ notice.
Minimum period between commission reductions is 30 days.
Maximum decrease per change will not exceed 20% of the current commission rate.
9. Program Removal
Maddie Grace Jewelry reserves the right to remove publishers from the program at our discretion for:
Breach of these terms
Misuse of brand assets
Misleading or fraudulent activity
Violation of Awin policies
