1. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, social media account, or platform suitable for promotion. ZEEHOO reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.
2. Commission & Payment
Commission rates: 20% for desktop 3-in-1 wireless chargers, 10% for other products.
Payments will be made through the Awin platform according to their payment schedule.
Commission is earned only on completed sales; canceled, returned, or fraudulent orders will not qualify.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote ZEEHOO products via social media, YouTube, blogs, email marketing, and discount/coupon platforms.
Use only approved marketing assets, including images, videos, and discount codes provided by ZEEHOO.
Affiliates are encouraged to provide accurate product information and disclose their affiliate relationship.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Misrepresent ZEEHOO products or claims.
Bid on ZEEHOO brand keywords in paid search campaigns.
Spam or use unethical marketing tactics.
Promote products through illegal or adult content sites.
5. Discounts & Coupons
Affiliates can share the 15% discount coupon provided for promotion.
Coupons may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed.
6. Termination
ZEEHOO reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or unethical conduct. Upon termination, unpaid commissions will be forfeited if due to violation.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZEEHOO is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate relationship or the use of promotional materials.
8. Modifications
ZEEHOO reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes.
