General Program Terms – Seeds & Clones Affiliate Program
Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all qualified sales referred through tracked links.
Cookie Duration
Standard Awin tracking applies. Sales are credited to the affiliate whose link was last clicked prior to purchase.
Payouts
Commissions are paid via the Awin platform according to Awin’s payment schedule and policies. Payments are released 30 days after the customer has paid, plus an additional 7 days for Awin processing.
Prohibited Traffic Sources
No incentivized traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading advertising.
Paid search campaigns must not bid on Seeds & Clones brand terms or misspellings.
No email spam, SMS spam, or unsolicited promotions.
Content & Compliance
Affiliates may only promote Seeds & Clones products in accordance with all applicable laws and Awin policies.
All marketing must clearly state that products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and comply with U.S. federal law.
Affiliates may not make medical claims or promote illegal use.
Creative Assets
Affiliates are encouraged to use approved creative materials provided by Seeds & Clones. Unauthorized alteration of logos, banners, or product imagery is not permitted.
Termination
Seeds & Clones reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at its sole discretion for violation of these terms or if the affiliate’s promotional methods are deemed harmful to the brand.
Program Changes
Seeds & Clones may update commission rates, terms, or promotional guidelines with reasonable notice via Awin.
