We’re excited to work with partners who share our passion for performance, style and sustainability. To make sure our programme runs smoothly for everyone, we’ve outlined a few key rules and expectations.

1. Joining the Programme

All applications are reviewed by our team. We look for affiliates who align with our brand values and have an engaged, relevant audience. We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates if their content or activity isn’t a good fit for Reflo.

2. Commission & Payment

You’ll earn commission at the rate stated on our AWIN profile, based on the net sale value (excluding VAT, shipping, returns and cancelled orders). Sales are tracked through AWIN, and payments are made via their standard schedule.
Self-purchases or fraudulent activity will result in commission being withheld.

3. Tracking

Our tracking cookie length is shown on the AWIN programme page. Last-click attribution applies unless we state otherwise.

4. Marketing Guidelines

To protect the Reflo brand, please avoid:

• - Bidding on our brand name or close variations in paid search (unless otherwise agreed)
• - Using our logos or product images without approval.
• - Misrepresenting yourself as Reflo in any channel.
• - Spamming or using misleading marketing tactics.
• - Promoting Reflo on adult, offensive or unrelated sites.

5. Discount Codes

Only promote codes we’ve supplied or approved. Sharing unapproved, expired or exclusive codes from other sources will result in commission being withheld.

6. Content Standards

We expect all content promoting Reflo to be accurate, respectful and in line with our brand. Any claims about our products or sustainability efforts should be based on the information we provide.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative materials we share with you remain our property. Please don’t alter them without written permission.

8. Ending the Partnership

If these terms aren’t followed, or if activity damages our brand, we may end the partnership. If that happens, we’ll ask you to remove all Reflo links and content within 7 days.

9. Updates

From time to time, we may update these terms. We’ll notify you via AWIN or email if there are significant changes, and continued participation will be taken as acceptance.Please click here to add terms and conditions content
