1. Commission & Payment
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all referred sales.
Commission is tracked via a 30-day cookie window.
Payments are processed through the AWIN platform according to their payment schedule and thresholds.
2. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote FORHALLE via blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other ethical content platforms.
All promotions must reflect FORHALLE’s brand values: clean beauty, family-safe, joyful, and gentle.
Misleading claims, false advertising, or health/medical claims are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not use spam, coupon/deal sites (unless approved), or misleading discount codes.
3. Paid Advertising & Bidding
Bidding on FORHALLE brand terms or variations (e.g., “FORHALLE hair butter,” “FORHALLE discount”) in PPC or search ads is not allowed.
Direct linking to FORHALLE’s site via paid search ads is prohibited.
4. Content & Brand Use
Affiliates may use official FORHALLE banners, images, and copy provided through the AWIN platform or with explicit permission.
Do not edit logos or misrepresent the brand.
Use of unauthorized discounts or impersonation of FORHALLE channels (e.g., pretending to be an official account) will result in removal.
5. Termination
FORHALLE reserves the right to remove affiliates who violate these terms or engage in unethical promotion.
Affiliates may leave the programme at any time via AWIN.
6. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines and proper affiliate disclosure (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links”).
