Program Terms

Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read ENHANSE Affiliate Terms and Conditions before joining our Program or beginning marketing activities. Adherence to these Terms and Conditions ensures that the ENHANSE Affiliate Program remains sustainable and profitable for both the brand and our affiliates.

General Branding Guidelines
The brand name and product names must always appear in caps: ENHANSE, SUPER CLEAN. Please refer to products using the guidelines provided in Briefs and Fact Sheets. For any marketing assets such as branding kits (logos), product shots, and more, please reach out to our team. Do not hesitate to reach out to the team for any advice related to branding.

Definitions
As used in these Terms:
(i) “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to ENHANSE.
(ii) “You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate.
(iii) “Our website” refers to our official site (e.g., www.enhanse.com).
(iv) “Your website” refers to any websites that link to our website.
(v) “Program” refers to the ENHANSE Affiliate Program.

Advertising & Publicity
All marketing and advertising content (e.g., email campaigns, social media posts) must be submitted to us for approval prior to publication. Any partner who publishes content without prior approval will be considered in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

PPC Policy
We do not allow any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising that targets ENHANSE brand terms, product names, or misspellings on any search engines, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo. This includes, but is not limited to: shopping ads, direct linking, or bidding on keywords such as “ENHANSE” or product-specific terms. Any affiliate running PPC campaigns on brand-related keywords will be considered in violation of these Terms.

Corresponding Measures
If you are found engaging in any of the prohibited actions mentioned above, the following measures will be taken: 

You will receive a reminder by email instructing you to cease the violating activity.

You must immediately stop the activity and notify us once corrective action has been completed.
