Program Restrictions & Terms:
- Coupon Policy: Affiliates must only use coupons officially provided in the Awin platform. Promoting unauthorised codes is strictly prohibited and will result in commission deduction.
- Software & Tool Restrictions: Toolbar, extension, coupon code site, and affiliates are welcome to apply. All promotional methods must be compliant with Awin's terms and conditions and our brand guidelines.
- Full Terms & Conditions: By applying to this program, you agree to abide by the full terms and conditions as outlined in the Awin platform.
- Termination
- Enorsia reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without giving any reason, by providing you with 7 days’ prior notice.
- If you breach these terms, Enorsia reserves the right to suspend you from the Enorsia Affiliate Programme immediately, and to decline any pending commission generated for the duration of the breach taking place.
If any affiliate is found carrying out ad hijacking or brand bidding activity, Enorsia reserves the right to:
- Decline commission for the duration that the unauthorised activity takes place.
- Remove affiliate(s) from the programme with immediate effect.
- Report activity to the relevant search engine or platform (e.g. Google and others)
Please note:
- For the peak period of sales, commissions will be lowered to 3% for all incentive partners.
- Commission will be paid on orders where staff discounts have been used.
