Our tiered commission rates are as follows:

A new customer is someone placing their first-ever order on spiraldirect.com.
Gift cards are excluded from commission.
Commissions are validated within 30 days and only paid on completed, non-returned orders.
Publishers must not promote unauthorised discount codes - doing so may lead to declined commissions.

❌ Commission Exclusions
Commission may be declined if:
The order was cancelled or refunded
The customer failed a credit check
A duplicate or fraudulent order was placed
The item was out of stock at the time of click (our data feed includes live stock status)
There is a significant delay between the affiliate click and checkout (e.g. >72 hours, indicating non-incremental traffic or last-second voucher injection)
The affiliate violates any AWIN or program-specific terms (e.g. PPC, coupon policy)
🎟️ Discount Code Policy
Spiral Direct allows discount code publishers to participate in our program under the following conditions:
Only codes issued via AWIN or directly by Spiral Direct are commissionable.
Use of unauthorised, expired, or scraped codes may result in commission being declined.
Codes must not be promoted as “exclusive” unless explicitly approved.
Any affiliate found injecting codes at checkout without contributing to the sale journey may be removed from the program.
🔍 Traffic & Promotion Guidelines
No PPC bidding on “Spiral Direct”, “spiraldirect.com” or variations/misspellings
No use of brand terms in display URLs or ad copy
Affiliate promotions must comply with ASA and CAP codes (UK law)
All influencer posts must include a clear affiliate disclosure
Voucher/coupon use must be pre-approved or distributed via AWIN
📦 Order & Returns
Orders returned or cancelled during the 30-day validation period will not generate commission
Orders fulfilled from affiliate links are tracked and validated automatically by AWIN
You may not earn commission on gift card purchases or other non-physical products unless pre-approved
