Program Terms

  • Must use only approved marketing materials or create content that aligns with our brand guidelines

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Trademark or brand bidding on search engines (unless explicitly authorized)
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any fraudulent traffic generation
  • Email marketing without explicit opt-in consent
  • Placing our ads on inappropriate, illegal, or harmful websites
  • Using misleading domain names that could confuse customers
  • Incentivized traffic (cashback, coupon sites) without prior approval
  • Social media advertising without compliance with platform policies

3.3 Content Standards

  • Content must be professional and family-friendly
  • Cannot promote illegal activities or contain adult content
  • Must not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Should provide genuine value to users beyond just promotional content
4. Commission Structure and Payments

4.1 Commission Rates

  • Commission rates are as specified in your Awin affiliate dashboard
  • Rates may vary by product category or promotional period
  • We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice

4.2 Commission Eligibility

  • Commissions are earned only on valid, completed transactions
  • Orders must not be cancelled, returned, or charged back
  • Customer must be a new customer (unless otherwise specified)
  • Transaction must comply with all Program terms

4.3 Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Awin according to their payment schedule
  • Minimum payment threshold as set by Awin
  • All payments subject to applicable tax withholdings
  • Disputed commissions will be investigated and resolved within 60 days

4.4 Commission Exclusions

No commission will be paid for:

  • Self-referral purchases
  • Orders placed by friends, family, or associates
  • Transactions using unauthorized coupon codes
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities
  • Orders that violate our terms of service
5. Tracking and Attribution

  • Must comply with FTC disclosure requirements
  • Must follow GDPR and other applicable privacy laws
  • Must adhere to CAN-SPAM Act for email marketing
  • Responsible for all required business licenses and registrations

8.2 Tax Obligations

  • Responsible for all tax obligations related to earned commissions
  • Must provide accurate tax information as required
  • We may issue tax reporting documents as required by law
9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer

Our Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of the Program
  • Accuracy of tracking or reporting systems
  • Specific commission earnings or performance levels

9.2 Liability Limits

Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Technical failures or system downtime

Affiliates agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Commission rates and terms not publicly disclosed
