General Terms:
- Affiliate partners will earn commission for validated orders where the customer has received and revealed their game key.
- Game keys cannot be refunded once they’ve been revealed and/or redeemed
- Bulk orders will be declined - whereby a customer purchases multiple of the same product above reasonable use and in breach of Advertiser sale terms, with the intent to redistribute as a reseller
- All affiliate partners are welcome to promote the discounts and offers found on the Fanatical website. Please do not promote any other offers or discounts that aren’t listed on the Fanatical site unless you have been given permission by the Fanatical team. This includes offers sent out via our email team and exclusive offers/discounts given directly to specific partners.
- We don’t allow PPC, brand bidding, or brand + generic bidding on any brand terms. Please negative match the following Fanatical, Fanatical.com, Fanatical.co.uk, Bundlestars, Bundlestars.com, Bundlestars.co.uk, and Fantasyverse.
Commission Specific Terms:
- Titles in pre-order period (period of time customers can purchase before the game is released and playable) will be classed as pre-order
- Titles will be classed as ‘new release’ for 28 days following the general release date. General release means that the key is redeemable on Steam and the title is playable
