Welcome to the Omni Health Ring Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Structure
Standard commission: 15% per confirmed sale (excluding VAT, shipping, and refunds).
Commission will only be paid on valid, completed, and non-returned orders.
Any canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions will not generate commission.
2. Cookie Duration
Tracking cookie: 30 days.
A commission is attributed if a user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link.
If another affiliate link is clicked within the cookie period, the last-click attribution model applies.
3. Allowed Promotional Methods
Affiliates are welcome to promote our products through:
Content websites, blogs, and editorial reviews.
Social media posts and influencer channels.
Email marketing (in compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other local laws).
Cashback, loyalty, and voucher websites (authorized codes only).
4. Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Self-purchases or self-referrals are not allowed.
PPC advertising on branded keywords (e.g., “Omni Health”, “OmniHealthRing”, “EnerQi”, or misspellings/variations).
Misleading claims about product benefits or unauthorized health-related statements.
Use of unauthorized discount codes, fake promotions, or misleading offers.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fraudulent activity.
Direct linking from search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to our website.
Spamming, adult content, hate speech, or any inappropriate promotional environment.
Violations may result in commission reversal and immediate program termination.
5. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising regulations, and data privacy (GDPR/CCPA, etc.).
Claims made about Omni Health Ring must be truthful, evidence-based, and aligned with official product descriptions.
Affiliates are responsible for disclosing affiliate relationships clearly (FTC compliance).
6. Program Modifications
Omni Health reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate this program at any time.
Commission rates, terms, and conditions may be updated with prior notice.
