Neuaura Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Neuaura Affiliate Programme. Please read the following terms carefully before promoting our products.
1. Programme Eligibility
Affiliates must have an active website, email list, or social media presence related to health, wellness, or lifestyle.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Standard commission: 20% per sale
Commissions are paid only on validated transactions (not cancelled or refunded).
Tracking cookie: 30 days
Commission is based on the final order value excluding VAT and shipping.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may not bid on our brand name, misspellings, or domain variations in PPC campaigns (e.g. "Neuaura", "Neuaura.co", etc.).
Use of coupon, cashback, or discount code sites must be approved in advance.
Affiliates may only use promotional assets provided by or approved by Neuaura.
4. Brand Usage
The Neuaura brand name, logos, and images may not be altered or misrepresented.
Affiliates may not present themselves as official representatives of Neuaura.
5. Fraud & Compliance
Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behaviour (such as cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or false claims) will result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of commissions.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and GDPR laws.
6. De-duplication Policy
Commissions will not be paid on transactions where another marketing channel (e.g., paid search, email, or direct) is the last-click source.
Final attribution is subject to Awin’s tracking and validation rules.
7. Notice Period
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 7 days’ written notice.
