Sunday Club Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Sunday Club Affiliate Program, hosted on Awin. These terms are designed to protect our brand, customers, and community. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to all terms outlined below.
About Sunday Club
Sunday Club is a premium print puzzle paper designed to help people unplug from screens and reconnect with the joy of analog play. Each issue features original crosswords, games, and illustrations across 12 full-color pages, printed on traditional newsprint. Our motto is All Games • No News.
Commission & Attribution
- Base Commission: 10%
- Cookie Duration: 30 days (last-click attribution)
- Ineligible Transactions: Self-referrals, returns, refunds, and canceled orders
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commission payments if an affiliate violates any term of this agreement.
Brand Use & Marketing Restrictions
Sunday Club’s brand is core to our mission. Affiliates must adhere to the following rules at all times:
✅ Allowed:
- Using official banners, logos, and promotional copy provided in the Awin portal
- Linking to approved pages at sundayclub.com
- Publishing original, honest, FTC-compliant content about Sunday Club
❌ Strictly Prohibited:
- Modifying, misrepresenting, or recreating Sunday Club branding or materials
- Using the Sunday Club name, logo, tagline ("All Games • No News"), or product images in any paid ads, product listings, or co-branded materials without prior written approval
- Claiming to be a representative, partner, or collaborator of Sunday Club
- Promoting Sunday Club alongside inappropriate or unsafe content (including but not limited to hate speech, adult content, or medical misinformation)
- Listing or bundling Sunday Club products for resale on any third-party site (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Faire) without explicit permission
Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and may lead to legal action for misuse of intellectual property.
Content Sharing Restrictions
Sunday Club is designed to be an offline experience. To preserve the integrity of our print publication and protect the work of our contributing artists and puzzle creators:
- Affiliates may not reproduce, share, excerpt, or distribute any content from inside Sunday Club issues, including:
- Puzzles (crosswords, word games, brain teasers, etc.)
- Illustrations or comics
- Meta puzzles, clues, or solutions
- Written features or games
- This restriction applies to:
- Social media posts
- Email newsletters
- Blog content
- Paid or organic promotional materials
- You may showcase the cover of the issue, as provided in our Awin creative assets, but may not display interior pages or puzzle content in any form, digital or otherwise.
Paid Search & Advertising Policy
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Bidding on branded search terms such as "Sunday Club," "Sunday Club paper," or "All Games No News"
- Running ads that link directly to Sunday Club’s website
- Masking tracking links as official Sunday Club domains
Transparency & Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines. This means:
- You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Sunday Club

- All product claims must be honest, fact-based, and not misleading
Term & Termination
We may approve, deny, or remove affiliates at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you violate these terms or if we believe your promotion methods are inconsistent with our brand values.
