Commission & Validation
We pay commission on approved sales only, reviewed monthly. A sale is considered approved if:
The customer has completed payment, and the order hasn’t been returned or cancelled.
The sale was tracked via Awin using your unique affiliate ID, on a last-click basis.
You’ve followed both Awin’s terms and Hiltwood’s programme rules.
No unauthorised discount codes were used at checkout — only affiliate-approved codes provided via Awin are valid.
What You Can't Do
To be clear, here’s what we won’t allow:
Promoting expired or fake codes.
Saying visitors must “click to reveal” or “activate” a deal that isn’t genuinely exclusive.
Using shady tech to drop cookies or generate clicks, like pop-unders or script-triggered redirects.
Misrepresenting the Hiltwood brand
Using misleading, deceptive or shady marketing tactics
Using forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or other prohibited tactics.
Hiltwood reserves the right to update or change the terms of the affiliate programme at any time.
Any abuse or suspected fraud may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Just be honest, don’t game the system, and promote us in a way that’s fair to your audience.
Declined Sales
The following will not earn commission:
Orders using non-authorised codes.
Orders that fail to track because of broken or incorrect affiliate links.
Orders placed after your participation in the programme ends.
Orders that are refunded or returned.
Sales driven by prohibited methods (e.g. paid search violations or fake redirect links).
Missing Sales?
If you think you’ve missed out on a tracked sale, let us know within 45 days of the order date. Unfortunately, we can’t investigate claims submitted after that window.
