📄 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the Valerie Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn up to 12% commission on qualifying referred sales.

Commission is calculated based on the final checkout value, excluding shipping, taxes, or discounts.

Payouts are made monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of £50.

2. Cookie Attribution

A 30-day cookie window is in place. If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your unique link, you will be credited with the sale.

3. Prohibited Activities

No brand bidding allowed. Affiliates may not bid on search engine keywords including “Valerie,” “wearevalerie,” or variations/misspellings thereof.

No false claims or misleading representations about Valerie’s products are permitted.

Affiliates must not use spam, adware, or incentivized clicks to drive traffic.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates should promote Valerie in a way that aligns with the brand’s tone—empowering, science-based, and stigma-free.

All marketing assets and product claims must be sourced from official Valerie materials unless otherwise approved.

Valerie reserves the right to review and remove affiliate content that does not comply with these standards.

5. Account Termination

Valerie reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, especially in the case of:

Fraudulent activity

Violation of branding rules

Breach of these terms

6. Changes to the Program

Valerie may modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
