Welcome to the Swiss Diamond Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the promotion of Swiss Diamond products:
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 13% commission on all eligible net sales (excluding shipping fees, cancellations, and returns) generated through their unique affiliate link.
Commission is tracked and credited only for sales properly referred via Awin tracking links and completed within the program's standard cookie window (default 30 days unless otherwise specified).
2. Custom Discount Codes
Approved affiliates will be provided with a unique discount code to share with their audience.
Discount codes may only be used for promotional purposes and must not be shared on third-party coupon/deal aggregator sites unless explicitly permitted in writing by Swiss Diamond.
Any misuse of discount codes or unauthorized publication on restricted channels may result in commission reversals and program removal.
3. Brand Representation
Affiliates must present Swiss Diamond products accurately and must not make false or misleading claims about product features, pricing, or promotions.
Use of Swiss Diamond brand assets (logos, images, product descriptions) is permitted solely for the purpose of promoting our products. Modification of assets or the creation of misleading creatives is prohibited.
Affiliates may not bid on trademarked keywords (e.g., “Swiss Diamond”) in paid search advertising unless explicitly authorized.
4. Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized use of spam tactics, cookie stuffing, or incentive traffic schemes is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not operate websites or channels containing unlawful, hateful, or offensive content in connection with our brand.
Any fraudulent activity, such as self-purchases for commission gain, may result in immediate program termination and commission withholding.
5. Tracking and Validation
All transactions are subject to review and validation by Swiss Diamond.
Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or determined to be fraudulent will not qualify for commission.
Swiss Diamond reserves the right to modify or cancel commission on any order deemed non-compliant with these terms.
6. Program Updates and Termination
Swiss Diamond reserves the right to update program terms, commission rates, or promotional rules with a minimum of 7 days' notice via Awin.
Affiliates may be removed from the program at any time for violations of these terms or behavior deemed harmful to the brand’s reputation.
