1. Approved Brand Assets
Affiliates may only use official Swiss Diamond logos, product images, and marketing assets provided via Awin or from our approved media kit.
Product titles, descriptions, and specifications must be used exactly as provided without unauthorized edits or exaggerations.
Any custom creatives (graphics, banners, videos) must accurately represent Swiss Diamond products and must not distort our brand image.
2. Brand Voice and Messaging
Swiss Diamond is positioned as a premium, Swiss-engineered cookware brand focused on quality, durability, and superior performance.
Affiliates must avoid:
Misleading or exaggerated claims (e.g., “lifetime nonstick” unless officially stated).
Price comparisons unless sourced from official Swiss Diamond promotions.
Any language that undermines the luxury or professional nature of the brand.
3. Prohibited Use of Brand Name
Affiliates may not use the Swiss Diamond name, logo, or trademarks:
In website domains, social media handles, or ad accounts without explicit written approval.
In paid search advertising campaigns for brand keyword bidding (e.g., “Swiss Diamond cookware”) unless authorized.
In a way that implies direct partnership, employment, or ownership by Swiss Diamond.
4. Discount Code Representation
Affiliates must clearly state that discount codes are exclusive, time-limited offers where applicable.
Codes must not be shared on unauthorized coupon/deal sites or misrepresented as universal discounts available to all customers.
5. Content Standards
Promotions must not be associated with websites, emails, or social channels containing:
Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory material.
Adult content, gambling, or illegal activity.
False endorsements or fabricated reviews.
Reviews and endorsements must disclose affiliate relationships where legally required (e.g., FTC guidelines).
6. Breach of Branding Guidelines
Any violation of these branding rules may result in:
Immediate removal from the affiliate program.
Commission reversals for sales generated through non-compliant promotions.
Potential legal action for unauthorized use of intellectual property.
