Program Terms

PPC Terms and Conditions 

Please carefully review the following PPC (Pay-Per-Click) marketing terms and conditions before joining The M Jewelers Affiliate Program or beginning any promotional activities. These guidelines are written in plain, clear language to ensure transparency and help maintain a fair, profitable experience for both The M Jewelers and our affiliates.

 

Definitions

As used in this document:

“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to The M Jewelers

“You” or “your” refers to the affiliate partner

“Our website” refers to www.themjewelers.com

“Your website” refers to any site, blog, social platform, or ad network through which you promote The M Jewelers

“Program” refers to The M Jewelers Affiliate/Referral Program managed through Awin

 

PPC Guidelines

 If you plan to participate in pay-per-click advertising (Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) as an affiliate, you must follow the rules below:

You may not:

  1. Bid on The M Jewelers' trademarked terms, brand name, or variations/misspellings (e.g., “The M Jewelers,” “TMJ,” “MJewelers”) in any PPC campaigns.

2. Use brand names in your domain, subdomain, or URL paths (e.g., www.themjewelers-discounts.com or deals.themjewelers.xyz).

3. Direct-link to our website using trademarked terms from paid ads (e.g., a Google ad with “The M Jewelers Necklace Sale” that links directly to our homepage or product pages).

4. Use our trademarks or copyrighted assets in ad copy, headlines, or descriptions unless explicitly approved.

You may:

Bid on permitted long-tail combinations including brand + deal intent terms such as:

  •  “The M Jewelers promo code”
  •  “The M Jewelers coupon”
  • “The M Jewelers discount”
  •  “The M Jewelers voucher”

However, these ads must:

  1.  Lead to a coupon-specific landing page (e.g. on your own website or coupon blog - not our homepage).
  2. Use phrase match or broad match modifiers only.
  3. Include negative exact-match keywords for “The M Jewelers” to avoid conflict with branded bidding (e.g. set [the m jewelers] as a negative keyword in all campaigns).

Email Marketing & Publicity

We allow email marketing campaigns under the following conditions:

  • You must be CAN-SPAM complaint.
  • You must contact us in advance for access to suppression lists or guidelines.
  • Any partner sending promotional emails without prior notice or permission is in direct violation of these terms.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these PPC guidelines will result in the following actions:

  1. A warning email outlining the issue and required action.
  2. You will be asked to pause or correct your campaigns immediately.
  3. If violations continue, commissions may be reversed and/or your account may be suspended from the Program.

Final Note

We reserve the right to update or modify these PPC Terms and Conditions at any time. As a participating affiliate, it is your responsibility to stay informed and in compliance. For questions or clarification, please contact our affiliate support system via your dashboard.
