Commission:
Standard commission on all confirmed sales 5% (8% Introductory incentive available until 31 Dec 2025)
Voucher Code Sites 3% (5% Introductory incentive available until 31 Dec 2025)
Cashback/Loyalty - 3% (5% Introductory incentive available until 31 Dec 2025)
Influencers / Social Partners 7% (10% Introductory incentive available until 31 Dec 2025)
Content/Lifestyle 7% (10% Introductory incentive available until 31 Dec 2025)
Premium Partners 10% (12% Introductory incentive available until 31 Dec 2025)
Commission not paid on VAT, delivery charges, or returned/cancelled orders, gift wrapping and any payment processing fees.
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Validation Period: Transactions are approved or declined within 30 days of purchase
Returns & Cancellations: Commission will be reversed on cancelled or returned orders
PPC / Paid Search Policy
1. No bidding on brand terms, misspellings, or variations (e.g. “Cyberjammies”, “Cyber jammies PJs”)
2. Generic paid search activity is permitted, provided it does not outbid Cyberjammies’ own campaigns
3. Direct linking to our website from paid ads is not permitted
Voucher, Cashback & Loyalty Partners
1. Voucher code, cashback and loyalty partners are welcome
2. Exclusive codes may be reserved for selected affiliates only
3. Only approved and live offers from our Awin account may be promoted
Content & Influencers
1. Content publishers and influencers are encouraged to promote Cyberjammies
2. All affiliate links and promotions must comply with ASA guidelines and be disclosed clearly
Email Marketing
1. Affiliates may promote Cyberjammies via newsletters, provided activity is GDPR compliant and not misleading
Creative Assets
1. Affiliates must use official banners, logos, and product feeds provided in Awin
2. No altering creatives without written approval from Cyberjammies
3. Domain & Trademark Use
4. Our brand name must not be used in domains, subdomains, or social handles without written approval
Compliance
1. Affiliates must comply with Awin’s Code of Conduct and Cyberjammies’ programme policies
2. We reserve the right to withhold commission and remove partners who breach these terms
