Affiliate Requirements
Affiliates must have a completed AWIN profile, a full listing of their contact details and the address(es) of the website(s) they will be using. Affiliates applying to the tomeasure program must have an up-to-date AWIN profile. If we cannot find evidence of a suitable site for tomeasure, we will not approve your application. Affiliates are welcome to reapply to the program if they would like to be reconsidered – however please be advised that if you make repeated nuisance applications, this may result in your account being suspended. Affiliates must state how they intend to drive traffic towards tomeasure-related content. tomeasure reserves the right to remove an affiliate for any reason that does not align with the values and goals of the company.
Affiliates will only be accepted onto the programme if they can prove that they are driving Incremental Sales. Incremental sales can be described as (but are not limited to) the below:
- Activity that increases overall AOV
- Activity that encourages users to come back to tomeasure more frequently
- Activity that brings more new customers to tomeasure
- Activity that creates more individual content or develops a positive community feel for tomeasure customers
If an affiliate is inactive on the tomeasure program, they will be removed given the previously stipulated 7 days’ notice after the point when they cease to drive sales to the tomeasure program. In addition, commissions are paid to affiliates in good faith that their activities are fair and legitimate. Any unscrupulous behaviour will result in the affiliate being removed from the program and sales declined.
Commissions
tomeasure offers up to 5% but average commission will be lower due to our average high order value.
Cookie Length
The Cookie Length will be stated as the action referral period in the Programme Term.
Programme T&Cs
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting voucher codes / special / exclusive offers or deals unless provided to them by AWIN or tomeasure. Should you be found to be using a voucher code or meal deal that is not assigned to you, you will have those sales deleted. If the code and/or deal is not removed within three working days you will be suspended from the program with immediate effect.
Voucher Sites
Voucher code sites must ensure that they adhere to the 2018 IAB guidelines. Affiliates must only promote voucher codes or offers provided by tomeasure. Any sales generated from non-affiliate offers promoted on the publisher site will be cancelled and could lead to suspension from the affiliate programme. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the affiliate is confirming that should they cease at any stage to promote the tomeasure program due to termination of this agreement by the retailer or affiliate, the affiliate will remove all mention of the tomeasure brand and content from their website within 7 days.
AWIN tracking needs to be present on all affiliate links. Affiliates are prohibited from using branded URLs without being given prior consent. Affiliates are prohibited from using the term “official” in their search copy. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any brand-related terms in any search engine, including misspellings. Affiliates who wish to promote via email must have prior consent from AWIN. Affiliates are required to update any logos on site when requested by tomeasure or AWIN should these be changed or updated. Affiliates can be removed from our programme at our discretion and upon 7 days’ notice.
PPC and Keyword Terms
Publisher MAY NOT do the following:
* Promote via PPC, unless agreed to by tomeasure
* Use your brand in their display URL
* Use tomeasure brand name in their paid search title and description
* Add tomeasure brand name into their negative keyword list
* Display their ads when your brand name or variations of tomeasure brand name are entered as search keywords
* Display their ads when misspellings of tomeasure brand name are entered as search keywords
Transaction Terms and Conditions
Any publisher who breaches the above terms and conditions will be removed from the program with immediate effect.
Reasons commissions are declined:
- Breach of programme terms and conditions
- Duplicate Order
- Order Cancelled
- Item Returned
- Customer failed credit check
- Item was out of Stock
- Other
Publisher Models tomeasure Doesn’t Work With

- Retargeting
- Email
tomeasure does not pay cashback/loyalty points on transactions where a coupon code is used.
