Woodbrass Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Woodbrass affiliate program on Awin. By joining the program, the affiliate agrees to comply with these rules and Awin’s general terms of use.
2. Program Scope
The program applies exclusively to the promotion of the Woodbrass website and its products. Affiliates are expected to represent the brand professionally and to direct quality traffic from relevant audiences.
3. Commissions
Commission rates are defined within each active campaign on Awin. Woodbrass reserves the right to adjust rates or conditions at any time, with prior notice via the Awin platform.
4. Cookie Duration
The standard cookie duration for affiliate tracking is 30 days. Transactions completed within this period are eligible for commission, provided they meet all program requirements.
5. Exclusions
Commissions will not be granted for:
Cancelled or returned orders
Orders made by the affiliate themselves
Gift cards
Any fraudulent or misleading promotional activity
6. Brand and Creative Assets
Affiliates must always use the most recent official Woodbrass logo and creative materials provided via Awin. Any modification or unauthorized use of Woodbrass trademarks, visuals, or content is strictly prohibited.
7. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer laws in the Netherlands, as well as Awin’s Code of Conduct. Paid search bidding on the brand name “Woodbrass” or domain variations is not permitted without prior written approval.
8. Termination
Woodbrass reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account in case of breach of these Terms or misuse of brand assets, with or without notice.
9. Data Protection
All affiliate activities must comply with GDPR and Awin’s data protection standards. No personal data from Woodbrass customers may be stored, shared, or reused outside of Awin’s systems.
