HomeZada Affiliate Service Agreement

This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between HomeZada, Inc. (“HomeZada”), an online software platform for digital home management, and you (“Affiliate”) participating in the AWIN Affiliate Network (“the Service”). By enrolling as an Affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service as an Affiliate for HomeZada.
1. Overview and Program Purpose
HomeZada’s affiliate program compensates approved affiliates on a commission basis for new paying customers, either based on the first month or first year of a HomeZada subscription plan.
Affiliates may promote HomeZada through approved banners, links, and content provided through AWIN, as long as such promotion adheres to the guidelines outlined in this Agreement.
2. Brand and Trademark Guidelines
To protect the integrity and reputation of the HomeZada brand:
Strictly Prohibited:
- Using the term “HomeZada” in any part of a domain name, including:
- Subdomains: e.g., homezada.affiliatesite.com
- Subdirectories: e.g., affiliatesite.com/homezada
- Misspellings or variants: e.g., homezadaa.com, home-zada.com, homezata.com
- Including “HomeZada” in ad copy, display URLs, or as the display name in paid advertising.
- Representing yourself as HomeZada in ads, emails, or promotional material.
- Claiming or implying any official partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship beyond the affiliate relationship.
3. Permitted Affiliate Activities
You may:
- Use official HomeZada banners and links provided by AWIN on your websites, blogs, or newsletters.
- Create original content that discusses HomeZada’s features and benefits in a factually accurate and brand-compliant manner.
- Promote HomeZada to relevant, high-quality audiences interested in home ownership, home management, or home improvement.
All content must be written in English and must not mislead users about the nature of HomeZada’s services.
4. Prohibited Practices (Immediate Termination)
HomeZada maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following violations:
a. Deceptive Traffic & Fraud
- Use of bots, click farms, forced clicks, or manual refresh tactics.
- Use of iframes, hidden cookies, or cookie stuffing to falsely trigger commissions.
b. Unapproved Paid Search (PPC)
- Bidding on HomeZada branded terms or close variants.
- Using brand names in ad copy, titles, or destination URLs.
- Redirects or any form of auto-forwarding traffic to homezada.com.
c. Unapproved Discount Code Promotion
- Promoting unauthorized or fictitious discount codes.
- Scraping, reusing, or modifying coupon codes from other marketing channels.
d. Unapproved Email Marketing
- Impersonating HomeZada in sender name, subject line, or signature.
e. Impersonation & Misrepresentation
- Claiming to be HomeZada or an official representative.
- Designing pages that mimic HomeZada branding, layout, or visual identity.
Violations will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
5. Creative & Link Usage
- You may not alter any HomeZada creatives without approval.
- Use only creatives and links provided via AWIN.
- If you require hardcoded creatives, contact the HomeZada affiliate team for approval and instructions.
6. Tracking, Cookie Policy, and Attribution
- HomeZada honors a 45-day cookie window for eligible commissions.
- Commissions are attributed to the last valid click unless otherwise stated in the AWIN platform.
- Tracking links must not be altered or manipulated in any way.
7. Affiliate Commission & Payment
- Commissions are paid on validated transactions for new customers who subscribe to HomeZada.
- Only the first purchase (either monthly or annual subscription) is commissionable.
- Payments are made through AWIN’s standard payout process after validation and confirmation of the subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
Use of Trademarks. HomeZada shall have and retain sole ownership of the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used by HomeZada in connection with the marketing literature (the "Principal Marks"), including the goodwill pertaining thereto. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that it has no rights in the Principal Marks, and that it has paid no consideration for the use of the Principal Marks. Affiliate shall solicit sales of the HomeZada product only under the applicable Principal Marks, and not under any other mark or name. Affiliate shall not (i) take any action or make any registration that would otherwise convey or grant an interest in the Principal Marks, (ii) contest or take any action to contest HomeZada's ownership of the Principal Marks, (iii) attempt to register any Principal Mark without the prior written consent of HomeZada, (iv) use or attempt to register any trademark, service mark, trade name or logo in any country in the world that is confusingly similar to the Principal Marks, (v) assert or claim any interest in the Principal Marks, (vi) remove or alter any Principal Marks from the marketing literature, or (vii) register or attempt to register any domain name in any jurisdiction which incorporates the Principal Marks or any name or word confusingly similar to the Principal Marks therein.
9. Termination & Enforcement
HomeZada reserves the right to:
- Reject or remove any affiliate from the program at its sole discretion.
- Withhold or cancel unpaid commissions in case of violation.
- Modify this Agreement at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.
10. Privacy and Communications
HomeZada respects your privacy. Your information will only be used for communications regarding this program. You may receive updates, alerts, or policy changes via email.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By enrolling in the HomeZada Affiliate Program on AWIN, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
