Programme Terms — Varon Oxygen Concentrators
Commission Structure
Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding VAT/GST, sales tax, shipping costs, and any discounts.
Commission is not paid on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
All transactions are validated and locked within 30 days of sale.
Promotional Methods
Coupon and voucher code promotion is allowed only if codes are published on the Awin platform or approved by Varon in writing.
Email marketing must comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and be sent only to opted-in lists.
Loyalty, and reward sites are permitted, provided terms are transparent to users.
Creative & Content
You must use the official creative materials provided in Awin or supplied directly by Varon.
No misleading claims, unapproved medical advice, or exaggerated product benefits may be used in promotions.
Geographic Restrictions
The programme is open to publishers targeting Ireland, the UK, and other approved markets.
You must comply with all applicable local laws for advertising medical devices.
Other Conditions
Varon reserves the right to remove publishers who do not comply with these terms or whose promotional methods damage the brand’s reputation.
Updates to these terms will be communicated via the Awin interface.
