Puckipuppy Awin Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Puckipuppy Affiliate Program via Awin. These terms and conditions outline the rules and expectations for participation. By joining the program, you agree to comply with the following guidelines.
1. Program Overview
Puckipuppy is a premium electric bike brand established in 2017. Our affiliate program offers creators, publishers, and marketers the opportunity to earn commissions by promoting our products using tracked links and approved creatives provided on the Awin platform.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission rate: 8% per referred and completed sale
- Average order value: $1600+
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Bonus incentives available based on monthly performance (upon approval)
All tracking and payments are handled by Awin according to their standard payout schedule.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be accepted into and remain in the affiliate program:
- You must operate a content-driven website, blog, email newsletter, YouTube channel, or social media account.
- Your content must not include adult, gambling, hate, counterfeit, or illegal material.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
4. Permitted Promotional Methods
The following promotion types are acceptable:
- Product reviews and blogs
- Social media content
- Email newsletters (with proper subscriber consent)
- Video content such as YouTube features
- Other original and authentic content aligned with Puckipuppy's brand
Only use official banners, links, and assets provided via Awin unless otherwise approved by our team.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are not allowed:
- Bidding on Puckipuppy-branded keywords or trademark terms in paid search campaigns
- Direct linking from paid ads to puckipuppy.com
- Domain squatting or using similar-looking URLs
- Promoting unapproved coupon codes
- Misleading or deceptive advertising practices
- Use of adware, cookie stuffing, or bot traffic
Violating any of these rules may result in suspension or removal from the program.
6. Disclosure & Compliance
All affiliates are required to comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and any applicable advertising laws. Disclosures must be clear and visible in all promotional content.
Recommended disclosure example:
“This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”
7. Tracking and Attribution
All clicks, referrals, and commissions are tracked through the Awin platform. Puckipuppy is not responsible for issues caused by cookie blocking, user browser settings, or third-party interference.
8. Creative Guidelines
Affiliate creatives including banners, product images, and promotional materials are available in the Awin interface. Please do not modify or recreate logos, graphics, or copy without written permission. Custom assets may be requested.
9. Termination Policy
Puckipuppy reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time for:
- Violating any of the terms outlined above
- Misrepresenting the brand
- Generating fraudulent or suspicious traffic
- Operating in a way that may negatively impact our reputation or operations
You may also leave the program at any time by deactivating your partnership in Awin.
