1. Enrollment in the Program
By submitting an application to the MZSKIN.com Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may terminate your participation in the program at any time if we determine that you are in breach of these terms.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an MZSKIN.com affiliate, you agree to:

Use only approved creative assets, such as banners and text links, provided through the affiliate program.

3. Commission & Payments
We offer a commission on all sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
Commissions are paid on the net sales amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns).
We have a cookie duration that ensures you receive credit for sales that occur within a specific timeframe after a user clicks your link.

5. Termination
This agreement can be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our brand assets and links. We will pay any commissions earned up to the date of termination, provided they meet our payment threshold and are not subject to reversal.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the affiliate program or an affiliate's potential to earn income from the program.
