1. Use Only Approved Brand Assets
Affiliates must use official logos, product images, and promotional content exactly as provided through Stick & Ball staff, Stick & Ball website, AWIN dashboard, or affiliate content kit. Any edits, distortions, crop-overs, or alteration of colors, font, or imagery are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
2. Ensure Visual and Voice Consistency
Maintain the brand’s visual identity—consistent logo placement, color palette, typography, tone of voice (e.g., friendly, professional, heritage-driven). Affiliates should reflect the brand values accurately.
3. Obtain Approvals for Custom Material
Any promotional materials created by affiliates that deviate from provided assets must be submitted to the Stick & Ball team for prior review and approval.
4. Avoid Trademark or Brand Bidding in PPC
Affiliates should not purchase or bid on branded keywords (or misspellings) in paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads), unless given explicit permission by the Stick & Ball team. Domain names resembling the brand are disallowed as well.
5. Make Truthful and Compliant Claims
All claims made must be accurate, verifiable, and aligned with Stick & Ball's official messaging. Avoid exaggerated or unsupported statements.
6. Include Proper Disclosures and SEO-safe Linking
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate or sponsored content using markers like #Ad, #Sponsored, or similar, following FTC and local requirements.
Use appropriate link attributes (e.g., rel="sponsored") to meet SEO and search-engine guidelines. AWIN’s tools (Link Builder, My Creative, adMission) can automatically insert these attributes.
7. Follow Legal and Platform-Specific Regulations
Affiliates are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws—including consumer protection, advertising standards, and platform-specific rules.
