These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Alder Fine Jewellery Affiliate Program (the “Program”), operated via the AWIN affiliate network. By applying to or participating in the Program, affiliates (“You”, “Affiliate”, “Publisher”) agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to AWIN’s general publisher terms.
1. Program Eligibility & Approval
Affiliates must apply via AWIN and be approved by Alder Fine Jewellery before participating.
Approval is at the sole discretion of Alder Fine Jewellery. We reserve the right to decline or remove any affiliate we deem unsuitable.
Sites or channels containing adult, offensive, counterfeit, or misleading content will not be accepted.
2. Commission
Affiliates will earn commission on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) generated through valid tracked links provided by AWIN.
The standard commission rate is 2–5%, as displayed within AWIN. The rate applied may vary by product category, promotional activity, or affiliate type.
Alder Fine Jewellery reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice through the AWIN platform.
Commissions will not be paid on:
Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
Purchases of gift cards or other excluded items, as listed within the Program description on AWIN.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Sales will be tracked and reported exclusively via AWIN’s tracking system.
Commission will only be paid on transactions properly tracked and attributed through AWIN.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may only use approved banners, logos, images, and copy supplied or publicly available on Alder Fine Jewellery’s official website.
Affiliates must not:
Bid on brand terms, misspellings, or variations in paid search advertising.
Register domain names or social handles containing “Alder Fine Jewellery” or related marks.
Promote unauthorized discount codes or offer unapproved incentives.
Affiliates must accurately represent Alder Fine Jewellery as a luxury fine jewellery brand.
5. Content Restrictions
Promotion alongside counterfeit, imitation, or “dupe” products is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not place Alder Fine Jewellery content on websites promoting offensive, political, or adult material.
6. Coupons & Vouchers
Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are officially provided by Alder Fine Jewellery.
Use of expired, scraped, or self-created coupon codes is prohibited and may result in termination.
7. Use of Intellectual Property
Alder Fine Jewellery trademarks, product names, and images remain the exclusive property of Alder Fine Jewellery.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.
8. Termination
Alder Fine Jewellery may suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
Affiliates may withdraw from the Program at any time by removing all links and notifying AWIN.
9. Legal & Compliance
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Alder Fine Jewellery.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC endorsement guidelines and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Alder Fine Jewellery accepts no liability for the actions, content, or representations of Affiliates.
10. Modifications
Alder Fine Jewellery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via AWIN. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
