GURHAN PPC Terms and Conditions
Please read GURHAN affiliate terms and conditions for PPC marketing before joining our Program. These terms are written clearly to ensure they are understood and followed by affiliates.
Definitions
As used in the below Terms: (i) "We", "us", or "our" refers to GURHAN and; (ii) "you" or "your" refers to the Affiliate; (iii) "our website" refers to the our website like www.gurhan.com; (iv) "your website" refers to any websites that you will link to our website; (v) "Program" refers to the GURHAN Affiliate Program.
PPC Guidelines
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:
You may not:
- bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof or our trademarks with categories or countries or languages for search or content based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other network.
- bid on prohibited keywords in any countries in the world.
- Use of any of our trademarked terms or misspellings as part of the domain for your website. (e.g. www.GURHAN-coupons.com).
- use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
- bid on trademark terms with coupon, code, promo, voucher, or discount-related keywords.
- We reserve all the right for the final explanation of the PPC terms and conditions.
Product Links
If you are creating product links, please be sure to take these from the product feed. Links taken from other sources may result in commissions being declined as they are identified as coming from a different channel.
Email Marketing
All email marketing must be signed off by GURHAN. Affiliates need to get prior approval from GURHAN if they wish to send out any emails about the program.
COOKIES
GURHAN operates a 30 day-cookie policy.

We reserve the right to send e-mail to you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the related products and services.
PRIVACY POLICY
GURHAN will respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of you and Your Company.
Corresponding Measures
If we found that you have one of the prohibited actions mentioned above, corresponding actions will be taken. We will remind you to stop the actions by email. You need to stop the bidding as soon as possible and then inform us when the action has been completed.
