The Y Code Affiliate Programme – Publisher Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in partnering with The Y Code through the AWIN platform. By joining our affiliate programme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Joining the Programme
All affiliate applications are reviewed for quality, relevance, and brand alignment. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion. Once approved, you can begin promoting The Y Code using the approved links and assets provided through AWIN.
2. Commission and Tracking
You will earn commission on validated sales tracked via your unique AWIN affiliate links.
Full details of the commission rate, cookie duration, and validation period are provided within the AWIN platform.
Commission is only paid on confirmed transactions that are not cancelled or refunded.
Sales not tracked due to technical issues or user behaviour may not be eligible.
3. Approved Promotional Methods
Editorial content and product reviews
Organic social media promotion
Newsletter inclusion (subject to prior approval)
Honest, accurate brand representation
4. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Bidding on The Y Code or brand-related search terms in paid search campaigns
Use of expired or unauthorised discount codes
Misleading or deceptive claims or endorsements
Promotion on websites featuring adult content, gambling, or harmful material
Self-referrals or personal purchases made through your affiliate link
Use of brand assets outside the guidelines or without approval
5. Creative and Brand Guidelines
Only use banners, product links, and other assets provided through AWIN.
You may request additional creative assets or campaign materials by messaging us on AWIN.
We reserve the right to request changes or removal of content that does not align with our brand.
6. Validation and Payment
Sales are manually validated during the stated validation period (usually 30 to 45 days).
AWIN manages all payment processing on our behalf and distributes approved commissions according to their standard schedule.
7. Compliance and Conduct
All promotional activity must comply with AWIN’s terms and applicable laws, including proper disclosure of affiliate relationships.
We may suspend or remove any affiliate from the programme for non-compliance, inactivity, or brand misuse.
8. Leaving the Programme
You can leave the programme at any time via AWIN.
We may also remove inactive or non-compliant affiliates at our discretion.
