| Customer failed credit check | | | If payment is not verified or the transaction is invalid, commission is void. |
| Breach of program terms | | | Any breach of our affiliate terms (e.g. brand bidding, misrepresentation) will lead to declined commissions. |
| Duplicate order | | | Only one commission per valid transaction is allowed. |
| Item was out of stock | | | If the item was never fulfilled due to lack of stock, the commission is not eligible. |
