By joining the ANTA Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before participating in the programme.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the ANTA Affiliate Programme, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. ANTA reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the ANTA Affiliate Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with ANTA’s values and target audience. ANTA reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Upon approval, you will receive unique affiliate links to promote ANTA products. These links will allow ANTA to track referrals and sales. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are used properly and in accordance with our guidelines.
4. Commissions
You will earn a commission on sales generated from customers who click on your affiliate link and make a purchase. Commission rates and payment terms will be provided upon joining the programme. ANTA reserves the right to change commission rates at any time.
Commission Payment: Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis, subject to the minimum payout threshold of £50 (or local equivalent). Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, as per your selected payment method.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to artificially inflate sales or clicks, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or misleading advertising.
Misleading Content: Promoting ANTA products with false claims or misleading information.
Inappropriate Advertising: Using ANTA affiliate links on sites or platforms with inappropriate or harmful content (e.g., adult content, illegal activities, etc.).
Brand Bidding on CSS: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on ANTA brand terms or variations of the brand name in any Comparison Shopping Services (CSS), including search engine shopping ads that directly link to the ANTA website. Brand bidding on CSS is explicitly restricted to protect the brand from unauthorized and misleading ads.
6. Term and Termination
Duration: The agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying ANTA.
Termination by ANTA: ANTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate programme at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these terms and conditions or if your actions harm the reputation of ANTA.
7. Intellectual Property
As an affiliate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ANTA’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the ANTA Affiliate Programme. All intellectual property remains the property of ANTA.
8. Limitation of Liability
ANTA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate programme, including but not limited to loss of profits or business. The liability of ANTA will be limited to the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the three-month period immediately preceding the claim.
9. Privacy Policy
Your participation in the ANTA Affiliate Programme is governed by ANTA’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data. By joining the programme, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
ANTA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or the affiliate platform. Continued participation in the affiliate programme after any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to the ANTA Affiliate Programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
