ProVen Biotics Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions
1. Application and Participation
By submitting an application to become a ProVen Biotics Affiliate, you confirm that:
All information provided is true, accurate and complete.
You are legally authorised to enter into this agreement and perform its obligations.
This agreement constitutes a binding contract.
Your participation will not breach any other legal obligations you are under.
2. Approval and Use of Affiliate Links
Upon approval into the programme, affiliates agree to:
Use only the official affiliate links provided to direct traffic exclusively to www.provenbiotics.uk.
Not link to or reference ProVen Biotics via any third-party sites not owned by the affiliate.
Ensure that links are not used on any adult, political, violent, inappropriate, or controversial websites.
3. Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent the ProVen Biotics brand professionally, accurately, and without misleading language.
Affiliates must not use terms like "official site," "authorised seller," or similar phrases.
Affiliates may not create or operate any social media profiles representing ProVen Biotics or suggest affiliation beyond what the affiliate agreement allows.
4. Social Media and Content Guidelines
Affiliates using affiliate links in Instagram Stories or similar platforms must include "#ad" for ASA compliance.
Affiliates must not post affiliate content or promotional links on ProVen Biotics’ official social channels.
5. PPC and Domain Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on ProVen Biotics brand terms, including misspellings, in any paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and CSS.
Brand term restrictions include but are not limited to:
ProVen Biotics, provenbiotics.uk, proven biotics, proven gut health, proven gut, proven uk, and variations.
Direct linking to ProVen Biotics websites from paid ads is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not purchase or use domain names that include ProVen Biotics trademarks or misspellings thereof.
6. Voucher and Discount Code Policy
Only codes issued via the affiliate programme or authorised directly by the Affiliate Manager may be used.
Use of unauthorised codes will result in commissions being withheld or reversed.
Expired codes must be removed or clearly marked as expired.
IAB voucher code best practice guidelines must be followed.
7. De-Duplication Policy
Affiliate sales may be de-duplicated against other marketing channels such as:
PPC (Brand & Generic)
Email
Direct partnerships
Cookieless voucher code tracking where applicable
8. Validation and Commission Payments
Sales are validated in accordance with the standard 28-day returns window.
Affiliates may have commissions reversed if fraud, unauthorised activity, or policy breaches are identified.
9. Referral Policy
If a referral code is used and a subsequent affiliate click occurs within 30 minutes, the referral will take precedence.
After 30 minutes with no code redeemed, the affiliate will receive attribution.
Affiliate commissions are not awarded when a referral code is used.
10. Termination and Breaches
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination from the programme and commission forfeiture.
ProVen Biotics reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates at its discretion without prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, trademarks and marketing assets remain the intellectual property of Vega Nutritionals and ProVen Biotics.
Affiliates may not use any branding in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
12. Modification of Terms
ProVen Biotics reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
