Pro Life Blend Affiliate Program Terms1. Introduction
Welcome to the Pro Life Blend Affiliate Program, operated through the Awin network. By joining as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Enrollment
- To join the affiliate program, complete and submit the application via the Awin platform.
- Pro Life Blend reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Publisher Benefits
- Upon approval, publishers receive access to a welcome pack including promotional guidelines, product information, and high-quality creatives (banners, text links, and images) tailored for Pro Life Blend’s health supplements.
- Access to the My Offers section on Awin for exclusive promotional content and updates via the Communication Centre.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Ensure your affiliate account information is accurate and up-to-date.
- You are responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website and all materials appearing on it.
- You agree not to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or offensive activities in connection with the program.
5. Promotional Methods
- Affiliates are encouraged to promote Pro Life Blend’s health supplement products (multivitamin and calcium syrup) using ethical and legal methods.
- Prohibited methods include spam, misleading advertising, cookie stuffing, or bidding on Pro Life Blend’s trademarked terms in pay-per-click search engines.
- Contact Pro Life Blend for details on specific prohibited methods.
6. Commissions
- Commission Rate: A flat 18% of the net sale value (excluding taxes and shipping) for each completed sale driven by an affiliate, regardless of customer type, product type, publisher type, or basket value.
- Commissions are paid fortnightly, pending validation of sales, in accordance with Awin’s payment policies.
- Pro Life Blend reserves the right to withhold commissions for transactions that are fraudulent, disputed, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Promotional Offers
- Free Trial Offers:
- 40-day free trial for multivitamin syrup.
- 20-day free trial for calcium syrup.
- Minimum Purchase: $45 USD per order.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders meeting the minimum purchase requirement.
- No Subscriptions: Trials are one-time offers with no automatic renewals.
- Offer Duration: Limited-time offer, subject to change at Pro Life Blend’s discretion.
8. Voucher Codes
- Only voucher codes shared through Awin’s My Offers section or the Communication Centre are permitted for use by affiliates.
- Unauthorized use of voucher codes (e.g., sourced externally or not approved by Pro Life Blend) will result in commission denial for associated sales.
- Affiliates must clearly disclose voucher code terms (e.g., expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements) in their promotions.
9. Validation Process and Returns Policy
- Validation Process: Sales are validated within 30 days of purchase, pending confirmation that the order is completed and not returned or canceled. Free trial orders are validated only if the customer retains the product after the trial period.
- Returns Policy: Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and in original condition. Affiliates will not earn commissions on returned or canceled orders.
- Pro Life Blend reserves the right to reverse commissions for sales that do not meet validation criteria.
10. De-duplication of Sales
- De-duplication is enabled to ensure sales are attributed to only one marketing channel (e.g., paid search, display ads).
- Sales are credited to the channel deemed to have the most significant influence, based on Awin’s attribution model.
11. Tracking and Attribution
- Cookie Duration: 30 days. Affiliates earn commissions on sales made within 30 days of a customer’s click on their affiliate link.
- Tracking Code: Provided via Awin’s Support > Integration page for implementation on the Pro Life Blend website.
12. Geographic Restrictions
- Affiliate promotions are restricted to customers in the United States and Canada, aligning with our shipping capabilities.
- Only publishers targeting US and Canada audiences will be approved.
13. Consequences of Breaching Terms
- Breaches of these Terms and Conditions, including use of prohibited promotional methods, unauthorized voucher codes, or fraudulent activities, may result in:
- Reversal of commissions for affected sales.
- Suspension or termination of the affiliate’s account from the Pro Life Blend program.
- Withholding of pending payments until the breach is investigated and resolved.
- Pro Life Blend will notify affiliates of any breach via the Awin platform or email, with an opportunity to rectify minor infractions at our discretion.
14. Term and Termination
- This agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and ends when terminated by either party.
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing 7 days’ written notice.
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and remove all links to Pro Life Blend’s website, trademarks, trade dress, and logos.
15. Limitation of Liability
- Pro Life Blend will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
17. Changes to the Terms
- Pro Life Blend reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Awin platform or by email.
