Framed Works – Affiliate Programme Terms of Service
Welcome to the Framed Works Affiliate Programme on Awin. By participating in our programme, you agree to the following terms:
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% on the pre-VAT value of all qualifying sales directly attributed to their affiliate account via tracked links.
Payment Terms
Commissions will become eligible for payment only after a 30-day period has passed from the date of purchase. This reflects the statutory period in which customers have the right to return their products.
If a product is returned within this 30-day window, the commission on that sale will be voided.
Only confirmed, non-returned transactions will be considered for commission payments.
Attribution
Sales must be directly attributed to the affiliate's tracking link as validated by Awin’s tracking system. Framed Works will not be responsible for untracked or misattributed sales.
Modifications
Framed Works reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or eligibility criteria at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
Termination
Framed Works reserves the right to remove affiliates from the programme for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
