Kotanical NA – Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (AWIN)

Welcome to the Kotanical NA Affiliate Program on AWIN. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”). By joining the Program via AWIN, you agree to abide by these Terms, in addition to AWIN’s general terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
Kotanical offers premium, sustainably sourced essential oils, diffusers, and wellness accessories. Our affiliate program is designed to reward partners who promote our brand and drive qualified traffic and sales through tracked links.
2. Commission Structure
Default Commission: 10% of the net sale value (excluding shipping, VAT, and returns).
Cookie Duration: 30 Days from the initial click.
Commission Approval: Commissions are reviewed and approved within 21 days to account for returns or cancellations.
3. Promotional Guidelines
You agree to:
- Promote Kotanical EU ethically and accurately.
- Only use banners, text links, and content approved by Kotanical or provided via AWIN.
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g. using “affiliate link” disclosures in blog posts and social media).
You may not:
- Use misleading or false claims about Kotanical products.
- Bid on Kotanical NA brand keywords or variations (e.g. “Kotanical,” “Kotanical discount”) in paid search campaigns (PPC) without written approval.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or similar techniques.
- Operate websites that contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
4. Voucher & Discount Code Policy
- Only use promotional codes provided directly by Kotanical EU or AWIN.
- Unauthorized coupon or cashback site promotions may result in removal from the Program.
- Use of non-affiliate-issued codes may lead to declined commissions.
5. Content & Brand Representation
You must not alter Kotanical’s logos, images, or trademarks without prior approval.
Your promotional content must not impersonate Kotanical or suggest a direct partnership beyond affiliate marketing.
Influencers and content creators must tag @kotanical.ie and/or link to www.kotanical.ie/ when posting.
6. Program Termination
We reserve the right to:
Terminate or suspend your participation at any time for violation of these Terms or AWIN’s terms.
Reverse or withhold commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
Modify or terminate the Program or these Terms with reasonable notice via AWIN.
7. Liability
Kotanical NA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. We make no guarantees regarding income or results.
