Welcome to the Your Digital Vault Affiliate Program (the “Program”), hosted on the Awin network. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules, expectations, and benefits of participating in our program. By applying to or joining the Program, you (“Publisher” or “Affiliate”) agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About Your Digital Vault
Your Digital Vault is a secure, cloud-based platform that helps individuals and families organize, store, and share critical documents — from financial records to medical information — ensuring loved ones can access what they need in case of emergency or death.
Our mission is simple: to make preparedness easier, safer, and more accessible for everyone.
2. Program Terms
Commission Rate: 10% per sale ($8.40 per annual subscription)
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Payouts: Paid monthly or quarterly through Awin after the validation period.
Approval Criteria: Affiliates must demonstrate quality, relevant content and an audience aligned with our mission of preparedness, organization, and digital security.
3. Validation Process
Commissions are validated once:
The transaction remains active beyond the 14-day refund period.
The payment is successfully processed and not disputed.
Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will result in commission reversal.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates agree not to engage in the following:
Bidding on branded terms or variations (“Your Digital Vault,” “YDV,” or yourdigitalvault.com).
Making misleading claims or offering unauthorized discounts.
Using spam, incentive traffic, or cookie stuffing techniques.
Listing on coupon or deal aggregator sites.
Promoting via adult content or any property that violates our brand standards.
Violations may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the program.
5. Promotional Methods
Allowed:
Blogs, newsletters, and content sites promoting preparedness and organization.
Social media posts or video content (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Reviews, listicles, and educational content related to estate planning, family organization, or digital security.
Not Allowed:
PPC bidding on branded or trademarked keywords.
Adult, political, or controversial content.
Any site or message that misrepresents the brand or implies legal/financial advisory services.
6. Brand Values & Representation
Affiliates must accurately represent Your Digital Vault as:
A secure, privacy-focused digital storage and preparedness solution, and
Not a provider of legal, financial, or advisory services.
Affiliates should always uphold the brand’s commitment to trust, transparency, and family security.
7. Publisher Benefits
Once approved, affiliates will receive:
Access to a welcome pack with banners, logos, and creative assets
Messaging and promotional guidelines
Periodic partner updates and exclusive promotions
The opportunity to earn increased commissions based on performance
8. Cookie Period
The default Awin cookie period applies: 30 days from initial click-through.
9. Breach & Enforcement
If a Publisher violates these Terms, Your Digital Vault reserves the right to:
Reverse pending or approved commissions
Suspend or terminate the affiliate account
Take additional legal or contractual action in cases of fraud or misuse

11. Updates to Terms
Your Digital Vault may update these Terms periodically to reflect policy or program changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
