1. Changes & Notifications
Gomatic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Whenever possible, we’ll provide at least 7 days’ notice before changes take effect. Failing to comply with these terms may result in commissions being withheld or declined.
2. Voucher Codes & Discounts
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes or offers that are published within the Awin interface. Using any discounts or codes not approved through Awin may invalidate your earned commissions.
3. PPC & Paid Search
Paid search advertising (including Google Ads or similar platforms) is not permitted—this includes bidding on “Gomatic,” misspellings, or any related brand terms. Display URLs must not mimic Gomatic’s official domain without prior written approval.
4. Commission & Returns
Gomatic operates on a 30-day return policy—commission will only be confirmed once this period has passed and the purchase remains valid.
5. Domain & Social Media Guidelines
You may not register domains or subdomains that include “Gomatic” or variations thereof.
On social platforms, your username must not suggest you are directly affiliated with Gomatic unless explicitly authorized.
6. Brand Use & Representation
Affiliates must not replicate the design, layout, or branding style of the Gomatic website.
Do not alter or manipulate Gomatic logos, banners, or product imagery.
Affiliates must disclose clearly and visibly that they may earn commissions from links (FTC/EU-compliance).
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to Gomatic’s logos, images, text, trademarks, and other assets remain the property of Gomatic. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these assets only as provided through affiliate resources—strictly for promotion of Gomatic.
8. Compliance & Legal Responsibility
Affiliates must follow all applicable marketing and affiliate-tracking laws, including accurate disclosures. Affiliates are solely responsible for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance (for example: FTC or EU advertising regulations). Gomatic cannot be held liable for issues that arise from affiliate actions.
9. Tracking & Commission Finality
Commissions are based exclusively on tracking data recorded through the Awin platform. Gomatic disclaims any liability for software errors or misattributions. Only transactions properly tracked and recorded by Awin will qualify for commission.
10. Termination & Behaviour
Gomatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, including in cases of:
Breach of any part of these terms
Disparagement of Gomatic or misrepresentation of its products
Spam or harmful marketing practices
Terminated affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
