To participate, you must apply through the Awin platform. All applications are subject to approval by Paragon Sports. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Common reasons for rejection include:

Inappropriate or non-brand-safe content

Lack of original content or promotional value

Use of unapproved or deceptive marketing tactics

Standard Commission Rate: 6% per validated sale

Cookie Duration: 30 days

Tracking & Payment: Managed entirely through Awin. Commission is tracked using Awin’s system and paid out according to their standard schedule and policies.

Only valid, completed transactions (not canceled, refunded, or fraudulent) will be eligible for commission.

Affiliates may promote Paragon Sports via:

Blogs and content sites

Social media (with proper disclosure)

Email newsletters (CAN-SPAM compliant)

Deal, cashback, and loyalty platforms (case-by-case basis)

You must accurately represent our brand and not imply any special partnership or endorsement unless approved in writing.

Affiliates must not:

Bid on our branded keywords or misspellings in paid search (e.g., “Paragon Sports,” “ParagonSports.com”)

Use cookie stuffing or hidden tracking

Operate websites with adult, hate speech, or illegal content

Use fake coupons or misleading promotional claims

Replicate or impersonate the Paragon Sports website or branding

Violations may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Paragon Sports will provide approved banners, text links, and promotional assets via Awin. You may not alter these materials or use our logo, trademarks, or images without express written permission.

You must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

FTC Disclosure: Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “I may earn a commission on qualifying purchases through affiliate links.”)

Privacy & Data: Follow GDPR, CCPA, and all relevant data privacy laws

Email Marketing: Follow CAN-SPAM and only email opted-in users

Either party may terminate participation at any time via the Awin interface or by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Paragon Sports links and creatives.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.

Paragon Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from participation in the affiliate program.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted via the Awin program description or communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
